1. Eligibility:

   • The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
   • Entrants must be residents of Malaysia.
   • Employees of DigitEmpire and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Method:

   • Eligible participants must make a purchase of RM200 or more from DigitEmpire during the giveaway period to qualify for entry.

4. Giveaway Period:

   • The giveaway period begins on 1st April 2024 and ends on 30 April 2024. Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.

5. Prizes:

   • Prize details will be specified in the giveaway announcement.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other products.
   • DigitEmpire reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

   • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
   • The drawing will be conducted within 15 days of the giveaway end date.
   • Winners will be notified via [email, phone, or social media], and they must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.
   • Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

   • By accepting the prize, winners grant DigitEmpire permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
